Before Sine Wave Coffee was a mobile espresso cart rolling through Jacksonville events, it was an idea born in a recording studio.
Anthony Brewer spent years as a music producer — mixing, mastering, and obsessing over audio waveforms. A sine wave is the purest, most fundamental sound in music. Clean. Simple. No noise, no distortion.
That’s the same philosophy behind every cup of coffee we make.
After 5+ years in the specialty coffee industry, Anthony combined his two worlds in 2021 — the precision of audio production and the craft of espresso — into Sine Wave Coffee. What started as a mobile coffee cart serving Nashville’s music scene and wedding circuit grew into a full catering operation that has served corporate giants like Ramsey Solutions, boutique brands like Skin Pharm, and hundreds of wedding guests across the Southeast.

In 2026, Sine Wave Coffee made the move to Jacksonville, Florida — setting up in the San Marco neighborhood and bringing the same craft coffee experience to Northeast Florida’s growing event scene.
Jacksonville is home now, and we’re here to serve it. From Riverside weddings to corporate events downtown, from pop-ups in Jax Beach to bridal showers in Ponte Vedra — Sine Wave Coffee is Jacksonville’s mobile espresso cart.

One barista, one mission. As a solo operator, every event gets my full attention. I’m not managing a crew from the sidelines — I’m the one pulling your shots, steaming your milk, and pouring your latte art.
Music producer precision. Years of mixing audio taught me that the details matter more than anything. The grind size, the water temperature, the milk texture — I dial in every variable because that’s what makes the difference between good coffee and something your guests remember.
Built for events. Our mobile cart is compact, self-sufficient, and designed to set up anywhere — indoors, outdoors, on grass, on concrete, in a ballroom or a backyard. We show up early, handle everything, and leave it cleaner than we found it.
