Sine Wave Coffee started in a recording studio. Founder Anthony Brewer spent years as a music producer — and the name "Sine Wave" comes from the purest waveform in audio. That same pursuit of clean, precise, no-compromise quality drives every cup.
After 10+ years in specialty coffee and a move from Nashville to Jacksonville, Sine Wave Coffee has become a part of the San Marco community. The trailer is our home base — a new fixed location where Jacksonville locals can get the same specialty coffee experience that we bring to weddings, corporate events, and brand activations across Northeast Florida.
